All You Need To Know

The Process

Choose your chain, made of gold filled, sterling silver or stainless steel. Along with any charms or connectors you wish to add. The artist will then measure the area where you want jewelry placed, ensuring a comfortable and snug fit. Using a small, safe tool, the jewelry is welded into place, creating a permanent bond. This process is quick, painless, and a little fun! The welding process is quick and virtually painless. There are no clasps. As the piece is meant to stay on continuously to keep up with your active lifestyle, whether hitting the gym, dancing the night away, enjoying outdoor adventures, or traveling.

Things to Know

  • All our chains consist of pure metals, ensuring they will not trigger any security alarms. 

  • In the event of breakage, bring in the chain for repairs. 

  • We carry, 14k gold filled, .925 sterling silver and 316 stainless steel chains, charms and connectors. ​

  • ​We guarantee that our chains are hypoallergenic, safe for all skin types, and crafted from high-quality materials to prevent tarnishing, even with daily wear.​

After Care

  • Wash your permanent jewelry regularly with mild soap and water

  • Use a soft toothbrush to brush between links to restore your chain to it's original shine. 

  • Minimize exposure to any kind of chemicals on the chains.

  • ​Avoid self-tanners that may stain the chain. ​

Removal 

Removing your permanent jewelry is quick and easy. Simply use a pair of nail clippers or scissors to cut the small, smooth ring where your chain was welded. This ring will look slightly different from the other links in the chain. If you'd like to reuse the chain, be sure to store it in a Ziploc bag for safekeeping. Alternatively, if you'd prefer we handle it for you, we'll cut it for you at no charge.

If you prefer jewelry that you can take off and change as you like, we can add a clasp for an additional cost.

Are there any restrictions? 

​People with pacemakers or defibrillator should avoid permanent jewelry. Although the welding process used for permanent jewelry is generally safe, there could be concerns with electromagnetic interference or the proximity of the welding tool to the pacemaker, especially if it's placed in certain areas of the body. ​​
